- What is the difference between the Professional and Academic license?

Academic licenses are only available to students and teaching staff of educational institutions. Use of a version of BeamDesign under an academic license is restricted to educational purposes.

A Professional license may be used for personal or commercial development. More information here.

- We are a non-commercial organization. Do we qualify for an academic license?

No. Non-profit companies fall under regular commercial licensing.

- Do I have to pay for shipping?

- If I purchase the software now, how long will it take before I receive my license key?

The license key for the software you ordered will be sent to you by email as soon as your payment has been received.

- I have purchased this program, but have not received my license key yet. Can you help?

If you are sure your payment has been processed and still have not received our email with the license key, first, we recommend you check your Spam / Unwanted Email folder. Our email may have ended up there.

Maybe you entered the wrong email address in the order form, causing our message to bounce. If so, just contact us with your correct email address and we will send it again.
